Share your activity goals and ambitions

Living with haemophilia should not be a barrier to being active and staying mobile.

Why not set an activity goal for 2019?! It could be anything from going for a walk more often, start cycling to work or running 5K! However big or small, challenge yourself to be active and share your ambitions with the haemophilia community to support and encourage others.

To find out why being active can be beneficial to people living with haemophilia, and to access information to support you in this move, head over to our FAQs about staying active with haemophilia, here.
