Welcome to Hello haemophilia

Welcome to Hello haemophilia!

An online community creating positive change in haemophilia

A Platform With A Purpose

Haemophilia can feel isolating and overwhelming...but it doesn't have to. Whether you're living with haemophilia, providing care for someone who is, or know someone facing the same challenges, this community is here to support you.

We believe that by listening to each other, collaborating and sharing unique perspectives, we can shape a better future for lives affected by haemophilia - together.

There are many different types of haemophilia and bleeding disorders. We provide further information on the management of two of the most common types of the condition, haemophilia A and haemophilia B, however some of the information and guidance provided on this website will be useful for all those living with haemophilia.

Check out our resources about staying active with haemophilia

Joint health is particularly important for people living with haemophilia. Despite concerns some may have in partaking in physical activities, being active and mobile is key to increase muscle strength and stability, which can help to reduce the risk of bleeds and joint damage.1,2

Our resources include a free downloadable fitness support guide, providing information and useful tips to help you keep active and mobile. Download it now!

We are also encouraging people living with haemophilia to share their personal activity goals and ambitions with the community to inspire others to stay active. Meet our Everyday Heroes and join the movement here!
